SUCCESS STORY
Taşkınlar Website
We moved the corporate website of Taşkınlar İnşaat, active since 1954, from WordPress to Astro with the approved editorial design.
DRAWING 02 · DRAWING NOTES
From need to result.
The project in four lines: what was needed, what we did, which systems we built and what came out of it.
01THE CHALLENGE
The corporate WordPress site had to move to a new bilingual structure whose content could be managed from a panel, without losing existing addresses or search visibility.
02THE SOLUTION
- Rebuilding the approved editorial design in Astro, with its desktop and separate mobile versions
- 301 redirects from the old addresses; Turkish and English pages with hreflang
- Contact, urban renewal and career forms; applications are collected on the site’s own Turnstile-protected backend and notified by e-mail
- Application panel: form tabs, status and internal notes, CV download, activity history, CSV export and permanent deletion for KVKK
- Project panel: the client can add and edit new projects even from a phone; images are resized on upload, bilingual texts and draft/published status
- Homepage slides and featured projects are chosen in the panel; a saved change goes live on the site within minutes
- Only authorised people can enter the panel (Cloudflare Access); on-site search
03SYSTEMS USED
04OUTCOME
- Old addresses redirect to the new pages with 301s
- The client publishes new projects without a developer, even from a phone
- Form applications are followed and answered in one panel
