Tra-Mak Website
We moved the bilingual website of Tramak, which supplies tooling, machinery and service to the aluminium extrusion industry, from WordPress to Astro and refreshed it with a new design language built around extrusion; the old addresses were kept.

The project in four lines: what was needed, what we did, which systems we built and what came out of it.
01THE CHALLENGE
The WordPress site, built with Elementor and TranslatePress, had to move all of its Turkish and English pages to a static structure with a new design, without losing its addresses or search visibility.
02THE SOLUTION
- Rebuilding 68 pages in Turkish and English in Astro; old addresses kept exactly, the rest redirected
- A homepage extrusion scene that advances as you scroll; the billet container, stem and profile labels link to their product pages
- The extrusion language carried to every page: die-line page headers, a two-tone colour system, light and dark themes; menu and a footer with certificate badges
- Titles and descriptions of 34 pages rewritten separately in Turkish and English
- Product and service pages under Tool, Machine and Service; tabbed technical content on product pages
- Site search and a bilingual structure with hreflang
- Trade fair news, media gallery and corporate page; ISO 9001:2015 certificate, reference and supplier logos
- Cookie notice; Google measurement only runs after the visitor gives consent
- Published on Cloudflare; the www address redirects to the main domain

A static site framework that pre-renders pages without shipping unnecessary JavaScript.
A consistent, lightweight interface with light and dark themes.
Old WordPress addresses were kept exactly; a redirect file covers the rest.
The static site is served from the Cloudflare network.
