DRAWING 02 · DRAWING NOTES
From need to result.
The project in four lines: what was needed, what we did, which systems we built and what came out of it.
01THE CHALLENGE
In Bahçeşehir, local news, announcements, business and event information was scattered across different accounts and groups. Residents needed one place to reach it easily from their phones, and local businesses needed a way to be visible online and win customers.
02THE SOLUTION
- News, announcements, this week's events, polls and site-wide search
- A local business directory, listings (including jobs), the Ask a Neighbour community section, complaint and advertising request forms
- On-duty pharmacies; daily info boxes such as weather, prayer times and exchange rates
- QR menu, online booking and ordering modules for businesses; a business panel
- Collecting content from local sources and municipal events; AI-assisted news drafts, with the editor making the final call
- A social media publishing flow; e-mail newsletter
- A management panel with section-by-section permissions; KVKK and terms texts
03SYSTEMS USED
04OUTCOME
- Residents reach news, businesses, listings and events in one place
- Local businesses run their menu, bookings and orders online
