SUCCESS STORY
Velioğlu Kozmetik Website
We rebuilt Velioğlu Kozmetik's website with a new design that puts its contract filling, labelling and packaging service first; the hotel amenities catalogue and quote cart continue, and requests are now collected on the site's own backend.
DRAWING 02 · DRAWING NOTES
From need to result.
The project in four lines: what was needed, what we did, which systems we built and what came out of it.
01THE CHALLENGE
Next to the hotel amenities catalogue moved from WooCommerce to Astro, the company needed a structure that explains its new focus, cosmetics contract manufacturing, and collects quotes from brand owners; quote and contact requests also had to be managed without depending on an outside panel.
02THE SOLUTION
- A new homepage built on real facility photos, with the same design language carried to the inner pages
- Separate service pages for contract filling, labelling and packaging; a contract manufacturing quote form that needs no product selection (TR / EN)
- "Add to quote" and a quote cart in the hotel amenities catalogue; the catalogue's existing addresses kept
- The site's own form backend and management panel; Turnstile-protected forms
- A company-specific internal management app: quotes and work orders, accounts and cash (accounting), stock and production, staff and attendance; quote requests from the site land there directly
- Blog posts on contract manufacturing; Turkish and English site with site search
03SYSTEMS USED
04OUTCOME
- Brand owners can request a contract manufacturing quote directly
- Hotel and facility buyers collect several products in one quote request
- Requests are kept in the company’s own panel and internal app
- Quotes, production, accounting and staff tracking in one app
